The ban aims to address the problem of underage vaping. Opponents argue that the ban would put hundreds of small local e-cigarette retailers out of business, affecting thousands of jobs and millions of dollars in tax revenue. But the head of the health bureau said that the conflict between income and health should not be a problem, and ensuring the health of young people is always the top priority.
